Walking On The Beach Can Actually Improve Your Mood

If you are having a hard time convincing your partner to visit/live near the beach, then you know have scientific proof as to why it's a good thing because it can improve your mood!

According to a new survey by the Barcelona Institute for Global Health, spending some quality time with a body of water can be a huge pick-me-up and it doesn't have to be just the beach.

In the study they found that spending 20 minutes a day walking along a beach in Barcelona could improve overall mood and energy, but that the same can apply to other bodies of water like lakes and rivers.

Plus who doesn't love being calmed by water noises??
