Superheros mean so much more to kids considering comics are coming to life now on the small and big screen! With that in mind, an ex-designer from Nike decided to instill superhero-like qualities in today's youth using his own line of sneakers which also come with a cape. Introducing Super Heroic and its creator Jason Mayden. The goal behind his sneaker brand is to encourage to get out, do something and be whoever they want.
“I realized that my industry of health and wellness is structured to fix broken adults,” Mayden says. “I really wanted to use play as prevention to build stronger children” wrote Katharine Schwab of Co.Design.
