A mom used Evite to make an invitation to her kid's birthday party and accidentally invited every single person in her phone. 487 people total.
She explained that on Evite it gives the option to upload contacts, which she thought mean import the contacts so she could select who to invite. No. It imported and invited ALL of her contacts. Emily King said in a Tiktok, quote, "Not only did it invite my boss, all of my coworkers (and) all of the people that have ever been stored in my phone but it sent invitations based (on) how they are stored in my phone."
She said she has a "Derek Eye Roll" and a "Jess Hit Her Car In Parking Lot."
