Mandy Moore was one of many to be evacuated from her home during the ongoing Pacific Palisade wildfires. But, even though she and her family made it out to safety, her "sweet home" has been destroyed.

Moore shared footage of Altadena, showing the destruction and aftermath of the horrific fires. So many businesses and homes were burned down to the ground, smoke still smoldering while driving through town. On her Instagram stories, she shared, "This is Altadena. Leveled. My sweet home. I am devastated and gutted for those who've lost so much. I'm absolutely numb."

The This Is Us actress then shared in a longer note, "I love you, Altadena. Grateful for my family and pets getting out last night before it was too late (and endless gratitude to friends for taking us in and bringing us clothes and blankets). Honestly, I’m in shock and feeling numb for all so many have lost, including my family. My children’s school is gone. Our favorite restaurants, leveled. So many friends and loved ones have lost everything too. Our community is broken but we will be here to rebuild together. Sending love to all affected and on the front lines trying to get this under control."

Moore previously shared that she, her husband Taylor Goldsmith, their three young children August (3), Oscar (2) and Louise (3 months), and their pets had evacuated to a friend's home for safety. On her Instagram stories, Moore wrote, "Evacuated and safe with kids, dog and cats." She added, "Grateful for the kindness of friends that we had a place to land last night. Trying to shield the kids from the immense sadness and worry I feel. Praying for everyone in our beautiful city. So gutted for the destruction and loss. Don't know if our place made it."

Firefighters have been battling the Pacific Palisades wildfire against wind gusts that reached up to 100 mph. Acres of land have been burnt, in addition to numerous homes, businesses and more. Get the latest updates via iHeartRadio's "24/7 News" podcast.
