Taylor Swift is seemingly continuing to fuel rumors that she is entering her "Rep Era" and preparing to drop her latest re-recorded album.

The "Fortnight" singer was spotted enjoying a date night in New York City on Saturday (October 12) with her boyfriend Travis Kelce and Swifties quickly took note of one eye-catching accessory that they think could mean she is getting ready to announce that she will soon drop Reputation (Taylor's Version), per Page Six which also shared photos from the outing.

Swift looked stunning in a golden velvet corset top and matching skirt from Annie's Ibiza and kept the shimmering theme going with her jewelry. However, it was her handbag that capture fans' attention, as the black leather Roberto Cavalli bag prominently featured a golden "R" with snakes wrapped around the letter. The slithering serpents were a major feature during Swift's original Rep Era.

While the design could just be a reflection of the brand's logo, some Swifties quickly speculated that it could be a hint that Reputation (Taylor's Version) is on the way.

"Snake bag, something is brewing," one fan wrote on social media as another noted, "the purse is giving serious Rep vibes." Another commenter wrote, "That's an R and 2 snakes. I repeat: THATS AN R AND 2 SNAKES."

Swifties have long speculated that their favorite artist was dropping hits about a new re-recorded album, referencing specific looks she's worn on red carpets or out to dinner with friends. Recently, some fans started to believe Rep TV is coming as soon as this month after two other artists postponed the release of their own new albums.
