- Alley at Rubel Park, southwest corner access to Barret Avenue
- Alley at Rubel Park, north corner access to Barret Avenue1 pm – 8 pm
- Broadway from Baxter Avenue to Barret Avenue
- Gray Street from Jackson Street to Hancock Street
- Swan Street from new entrance of Public Parking Lot to Vine Street
- Lampton Street from Swan Street to Vine Street

- Benton Avenue (local access only, no entry to Rubel Avenue)
