Meghan Markle’s LA House Will Set You back $1.8 Million

That’s right! If you’re currently house hunting in LA, you should ask your realtor to add Meghan Markle’s former Hancock Park home to your must-see list. The Dutchess of Sussex has no need for the gorgeous space since she has upgraded her digs to the recently renovated Frogmore Cottage with Prince Harry.

Meghan’s charming, colonial style home is 2,262 square feet with an open floor plan that’s “flooded with natural light” including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an al fresco dining area. There’s an outdoor entertaining space, a beautiful fireplace, and a very cozy kitchen. One of the bathrooms is even Jack and Jill style! Too cute!

Markle’s home looks very modest compared to other A-Listers but stunning nonetheless! I’m an HGTV fanatic and to me, this looks like the perfect family home. When I was house hunting almost 2 years ago with my now fiancé, we really wanted to find a house that we could grow into. We were looking for at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I really wanted a walk-in closet and a huge bath tub. My fiancé wanted a big kitchen. We decided on a townhouse that checked off everything on our list! I would totally live in Meghan's old home, you know if I lived in Los Angeles and had $1.8 Million just laying around somewhere. Sigh. But if you’re in the market for a new home in the LA area, this could be the one! And if you don’t have a $1.8 Million budget then you can check out Meghan’s old house here.

What do you think of Meghan’s house? Is it your style? And what’s non-negotiable on your house-hunting list? Let me know in the comments!
