A Pennsylvania middle school teacher has been placed on administrative leave after video of her confronting a black man with a slew of racist remarks after they got into a small fender bender was captured on video.

In the video posted to Facebook on Thursday, the Drexel Hill Middle School teacher is seen ranting at the man after the two of them got into a minor accident during the school's drop-off period.

"You're probably on welfare," the teacher, who has not been officially identified by the school district can be heard.

It's because I'm young and I'm back," Rasheed Noel, the man who recorded the video says in response. "and [that's] the reason why you would say that."

"That's right, because you're black." She continues, "Always looking to milk the system. And you see me, a white woman, so you think I've got money."

"Not even a little bit," Noel replies. "Six figures a year, ma'am."

The teacher eventually Noel him to, "Go back to your welfare… your Section 8 house" and goes on to compare her truck to his car, which she can be heard as referring to as a "piece of s***."

"I've got a 3,200 square-foot home," the man says, laughing back in her face. He begins repeatedly telling the woman that she's "mad and nervous" which is when the middle school teacher tells him to "f***" off and calls him the n-word.

"I'm sorry?" Noel asks.

"You heard me," she says.

"This situation can change real quick," the man replies.

"Oh yeah? What are you gonna do about it?" the teacher says back to him.

The troubling video quickly went viral, and Noel says he met with the Upper Darby School District Superintendent Daniel P. McGarry after the incident to tell them about his concerns with the teacher.

"Upper Darby School District does not condone or tolerate inappropriate conduct or speech associated with hate, racism, discrimination or intolerance of any kind," the district said in a statement posted to its Facebook page and in an email to parents. "The deeply troubling comments and actions of this teacher are not indicative of the hundreds of outstanding teachers working in our schools each and every day."

"The comments and actions made by this teacher do not align with our core beliefs of Opportunity, Unity, and Excellence," the post read. "We are a community of many cultures and backgrounds, and we value our diversity. It strengthens us."

"We intend to vigorously address this issue," the release stated. "We will be working with our District’s Deep Equity Team to develop ways to reflect on this incident with staff across the District."

"I commend the Upper Darby school district for taking quick action on this teacher at Drexel Hill Middle School," Noel wrote. "They are doing everything in their power to make sure people like this teacher become non existent in any school."
